The buyer we built this home for chose many upgrade options for a total sales price approximately $218,000. The homes in Shuyler Ridge do include irrigation. There are many lots to choose from and we have several under construction at varying stage of completion. We currently have two homes in Dogwood Estates in Nixa, but can build in other subdivisions if lots are available. Lot prices do effect the price of the home, so the overall price is dependent on the neighborhood, restrictive covenants and building regulations. Construction of a home typically is 90 days. Give or take 30 days for scheduling and/or inclement weather. Our current inventory of homes is available at www.cartergrouphomes.com. How much does this home cost?  Is there irrigation included?  Could not see the view of the back covered porch.  Is there lots available to build on if all already constructed homes are sold.  Sounds like you build in the Nixa area also.  do the prices run about the same?  We are originally from the Nixa area.  We had a home in McCrosky Estates.  How long does it take you to build a home.? Do you have many homes already built to buy?  Thanks we are very impressed with the looks and quality look of your homes.</description>

		<description>I love your houses looks as tho you build quality homes.We are retireing bk home to Mo.Would love to know how much ya could build a maybe 1500sqft home with a basement for us! Gonna have to live on a budget lol so your houses looks very enegy effecient.Just need a family rm,bedrm and bath down no bar nothing fancy.Would like a bath between the 2 beds upstars have a handicapped Daughter or even a stool &amp; sink in her room would work.The larger the lot the better!
